Strong experience. Better interviews.

$55.00

A practical workshop to help you communicate your experience clearly and confidently.

You may have years of valuable experience and still find it difficult to explain it clearly in an interview. Choosing the right example, deciding how much detail to include and explaining your contribution can be harder when you’re feeling nervous.

This live online workshop will help you turn your experience into focused, relevant responses that give an interview panel a clearer understanding of your capabilities.

  • Tuesday 20 October 2026

  • 5:30–6:30 pm AEDT — Melbourne/Sydney time

  • Live online via Microsoft Teams

  • $55 per person (price is inclusive of GST)

What you’ll work on

The workshop focuses on behavioural and experience-based interview questions. You’ll learn how to:

  • Choose examples that respond directly to the question.

  • Structure your answers so your actions, decisions and results are clear.

  • Include useful context without getting lost in background detail.

  • Explain your contribution without understating it.

  • Prepare in a way that supports clearer thinking when nerves arise.

Through a worked example and guided practice, you’ll develop a repeatable method for preparing and improving your responses.

Who it’s for

This workshop is open to people across industries and career stages, whether you have an interview approaching or want to prepare for future opportunities.

It may be particularly useful if you find yourself giving lengthy answers, struggling to choose examples, or leaving interviews feeling that your experience did not come through as clearly as you hoped.

What’s included

Your booking includes:

  • A 60-minute live online workshop.

  • A practical workbook to use during the session and in future preparation.

  • A worked example and guided practice.

  • Time for questions.

You’re welcome to contribute to the discussion or simply listen and work through the activities. This is a group learning session; individual coaching, CV review and personalised assessment are not included. The session will not be recorded.

Please join five minutes before the start and have your workbook available, either printed or on screen.
