Hi, I’m David McVilly, Founder of CoElevate Group.

Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working across the public sector, private enterprise, and large multinational corporations. My journey has taken me through roles in operations management, human resources, and education, each one deepening my belief in the power of people to drive meaningful change. 

I’m a senior leader with a passion for building high-performing, people centred cultures. Whether it’s designing commercial strategies, or improving day to day experiences, I focus on aligning business goals with human needs, to create environments where individuals and organisations thrive. 

Over 15 years of my career has been dedicated to the education sector, where I’ve worked as both a teacher and a recruitment professional. This experience, combined with being a father of two young children, fuels my commitment to improving outcomes for students and educators alike. 

Today, I help organisations of all sizes navigate complexity with clarity, compassion, and commercial acumen. My goal is simple: to make work better for people, and people better at work.
