CoElevate Group — Webinar Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

CoElevate Group respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you enquire about, book or participate in our webinars and online workshops.

Information we collect

We collect your name, email address, booking details, payment status and acknowledgement of our booking terms. We also collect information you choose to provide through enquiries, optional registration questions, feedback or event participation.

Our service providers may collect technical information, such as IP addresses, device information and website usage data. Microsoft Teams may also collect attendance information and content you contribute during an event.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Process and administer your booking and payment.

  • Send confirmations, joining instructions, resources and reminders.

  • Deliver events and respond to your questions.

  • Manage cancellations, credits, refunds and business records.

  • Understand participant needs and improve our services.

If you separately subscribe to marketing communications, we may send information about future events, resources and services. Subscribing is optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Booking an event does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers and payments

We use Squarespace to support our website, booking and communications, and Microsoft Teams to deliver online events. Payments are handled by the payment provider identified at checkout.

Relevant personal information may be shared with these providers and other providers supporting our business administration. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider; we do not ask you to send them by email.

These providers may store or process information outside Australia. Their privacy policies describe their international information-handling arrangements.

We may also disclose personal information where required or authorised by law.

Event participation and recordings

The visibility of your name and contributions depends on the event platform, settings and features used. We will explain any attendee privacy arrangements in the event information. Please avoid sharing confidential information about yourself or others.

If we intend to record an event, we will notify participants beforehand, explain how the recording will be used and seek any consent required. Event registration is not permission to use your image, voice or comments in promotional material.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver our services, manage bookings and maintain records required by law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Access, corrections and complaints

You can request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

If you have a privacy concern, please contact us with details. We will acknowledge your complaint, review the matter and aim to respond within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will explain why and provide an update.

If you remain dissatisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au to enquire about available complaint options.
